Children's Ministry
In the Children’s Ministry, our task is to help children know God and to become faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. We welcome and encourage all children to participate in our programs!
KinderChurch:
Children are invited to remain in the sanctuary and worship with their families. For those children who aren’t quite ready to be still for an hour, we offer an alternative worship experience. Children ages 3 to 2nd grade are invited to celebrate God through Bible stories, crafts, and games.
Nursery:
A nursery is available for children ages 0-3 during all morning worship services.
Sunday School:
We offer two class times on Sunday mornings for learning more about our amazing God! During Sunday School, kids hear stories from the Bible that teach about God’s great love for us, revealed in Jesus Christ. Sunday School begins at 9:45 and 11:00.
Our 9:45 classes are divided by grade and the 11:00 class is a mixed-age group.
Bible Study:
We provide a special Sunday afternoon Bible Study time for the children (K-6th) to learn more about the Bible and what it can teach us about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.
The Children’s Ministry also offers several special events throughout the year. In the summer, our big event is Vacation Bible School, a fun-filled week of Bible-centered activities, songs, and games. We also offer an Easter Celebration, a Children’s Christmas Pageant, KidzQuest Worship Retreat, a Birthday Party for Jesus, a Kids’ Gifts and Talents Showcase, and participation in local mission projects.
